Linkin Park will release their new Rick Rubin (Metallica, Audioslave) produced album, ‘A Thousand Suns‘, on September 14th. The first single “The Catalyst” is set to impact radio on August 2nd.

Linkin Park will release over one-hundred professional live recordings ranging from 2007 through 2009 on March 17th via downloads.linkinpark.com.

Linkin Park have launched their “Linkin Park Media Player” which features behind the scenes footage from LPTV, videos and other audio. A live version of “Bleed it Out (TF2 Premiere Mix) is currently available on the player which can be found at LinkinPark.com.

Linkin Park have debuted the video for the single “Not Alone” on MySpace, stream the clip here.

The track is featured on the ‘Download to Donate‘ digital release which raised funds for Haiti relief support. More information is available at MusicForRelief.org.

Linkin Park have entered the studio with Rick Rubin (Metallica, Audioslave) to record the follow-up to 2007’s ‘Minutes to Midnight‘. No word on a possible release date.

Emphatic have signed a deal with Atlantic Records for the release of their debut album. The group has been working with Jeff Blue (Linkin Park, Steadlur) as of late and will enter the studio with a yet-to-be-named producer shortly. Audio can be streamed via MySpace.

Bullet for My Valentine have posted a new studio webisiode at the location. The band’s recently completed their new album with producer Don Gilmore (TRUSTcompany, Linkin Park). A release date has yet to be set.
