Freestate will be heading back to the United States this upcoming September to record their followup to ‘Surrender’. Brett Hestla (Dark new Day, Framing Hanley, Tantric) has signed on to record and produce the album. Once recording is complete, the band will be headed out on the road for their first-ever US tour.  More info will be available soon.

KPNT’s Pointfest 27 will take place Saturday, August 14th at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in St Louis, MO. Tickets will be $29 and the lineup includes Avenged Sevenfold, Stone Sour, Puddle of Mudd, Hurt, Flyleaf, Sick Puppies, Cavo, 10 Years, Halestorm, American Bang, Violent Soho, Red Line Chemistry, Autovein, My Darkest Day, and New Medicine.
