Former Shinedown bassist Brad Stewart has joined Society Red replacing bassist Garret Park. The band, which includes vocalist Damien Starkey, drummer Moxey, and guitarists Dizzi and Paul Phillips, is currently seeking a record deal.

Stewart is expected to remain a member of Amaru.

Amaru (ex-Burn Season / Shinedown) have posted a new track titled “Difficult” on their MySpace page.

Amaru (ex-Burn Season, Shinedown) will join the Red Jumpsuit Apparatus on their “Unplugged and Unaffected” tour which kicks off in April. Dates include:
